A Section 73 Certificate is required when a development or subdivision requires servicing of sewer and water making an impact on Sydney Water’s system. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Dual occupancies;
- Subdivision by Torrens, Community, Strata and Stratum Title;
- Medium density (multi-unit) residential development;
- Industrial, commercial and special use developments;
- Construction of mixed-use developments.
