As a licensed Water Servicing Coordinator (WSC) with full Sydney Water accreditation, we specialise in the Sewer and Water Infrastructure industry. With over 30 years of expertise and knowledge, we are an industry leader in discussions with Sydney Water relating to consultant and developer issues, in addition to Project Management.

RAR also provide the same level of service to flow systems as a private multi-utility provider.

That means our company provides to all clients, from the public and private sectors, with professional water and sewer related design and management, including:

• Section 73 Certificate Applications;
• Water (Potable & Recycled) and Sewer Infrastructure Design;
• Water (Potable & Recycled) and Sewer Project Coordination; and
• Building Plan Approval Applications.

Our quality management system has been specifically tailored to ensure that agreed client requirements are consistently satisfied through effective planning, uniform approaches to critical work processes and verification of compliance prior to finalisation.

Our extensive range of personnel consists of Infrastructure Designers, Water Servicing Coordinators and various Coordination and support team members.

Project Managers

RAR have a team of highly capable Project Managers who have worked on various projects such as the North West Rail Link Upgrade, Richmond Road Upgrade and many of the large residential subdivisions such as Gregory Hills, Willowdale and Edmondson Park. Many of these Project Managers have shown outstanding commitment to clients and the company with their loyalty going on over a decade.

Designers

RAR's design team has committed themselves to exceeding expectations with their detail and wide range of experience in all aspects of Greenfield and infill developments, from initial planning through to detail design of roads, drainage and services. Whilst many of our jobs are on a larger scale, all designers have shown great understanding for the timeframes of all residential sites, such as the extensive range of duplexes.

This team has extensive specialised knowledge and experience to work through a job of any scale.

Project Coordinators & Administration

Here at RAR we have a close knit team of Project Coordinators who ensure all aspects of the projects are managed to the specific needs and priorities of individual developments. This allows RAR to ensure our clients receive the best advice and service from our highly skilled and experienced personnel.
